Drop off your garments in store or alternatively place a pick-up request on our convenient app.
Inspection and sorting
Clothes are inspected for appropriate cleaning method, tagged, and sorted. We will call you if garments are damaged or we believe a stain may not be possible to remove.
Stain removal
Stains are individually treated before being wetcleaned.
Wet cleaning
Clothes are soaked in biodegradable detergent and temperature controlled water and then gently rotated to eliminate dirt and residue.
Drying
Drying temperature and duration is automated to protect your garments.
Pressing and Inspection
Experienced laundry attendants carefully finish each garment with advanced pressing and finishing equipment before a senior supervisor checks your garment.
Packaging
We fold or hang your garments in our environmentally friendly packaging.
Delivery
Clothes are returned to you in shop or at home, depending on your preference.
